JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
(A) Packaging, Marketing & Promotion of Key Sellable Products and Content
- Conceptualise marketing proposition for key content/products across business/revenue segments to develop trade marketing materials.
- Create marketing stories and videos for social media platforms targeting trade, from storyboard/storyline conceptualisation to script development and video production.
- Plan and manage the development of eDMs to promote key content and drive traffic to AMS website.
- Develop case studies (writeups & reels) and client testimonials for key content or campaigns.

(B) Digitalisation & Management of AMS Marketing Channels for Portfolio Building
- Drive marketing initiatives to communicate, advertise and market all products and services to trade.
- Manage the trade marketing plan to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop, manage and update content/information (includes content highlights, sales decks/packages, rate card, research statistics & case studies) on the shared drive and AMS trade website.
- Plan and develop video content or marketing campaigns to drive followers and engagement on AMS social media platforms (ie. FB, IG, YT, LinkedIn).
- Develop submission entries (both written and video format) for local and regional marketing awards to position AMS as a leading marketing solution provider.
- Manage advertorial placements and deliveries in trade publications.
- Develop press releases to communicate important news/announcements, such as new product launches to trade.
- Drive lead generation programme via AMS marketing channels to grow our presence.

(C) Trade Events & Engagement Campaigns to Strengthen Relationship with Business Partners
- Develop content for trade events, including presentation materials, marketing collaterals, emcee script, videos, door gifts & prizes and PC materials.
- Manage industry event sponsorship, sales and marketing/promotional roadshows to enhance trade communication and engagement.
- Drive new member acquisition and increase participation rate of AMS Club members with engagement campaigns.
- Plan and execute surveys to gather feedback from clients for continuous improvement

(D) Project Management & Development of New Initiatives
- Establish agency-of-records for creative services and website maintenance.
- Work closely with creative agency to establish overall creative direction and communications, formulate long term plans and activities.
- Work closely with website agency to ensure healthy performance on website, including execution of SEO/SEM.
- Stay updated on industry innovations and new marketing techniques, and translate them into thought pieces to position AMS as an industry thought leader.

REQUIREMENTS:
Who you are:
Work Experience
- 2-4 years of experience marketing/communications field.
- Proven experience in creating and managing marketing materials.
- Strong skills in developing clear and compelling narratives for various marketing purposes, including copywriting.
- Strong knowledge of various digital platforms inc. social media, and websites, along with best marketing practices.
- Knowledge in video production.
