1. Rental Process Execution
- Prepare and finalize rental agreements, collect deposits, and manage payment processing.
- Assist with issuing refund deposits and resolving disputes or claims efficiently.

2. Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Ensure a seamless and professional experience during vehicle pick-up and return.
- Follow up with customers post-rental to gather feedback, encourage reviews, and foster repeat business.
- Handle complaints or incidents (e.g., traffic summonses, vehicle issues) with timely resolution and thorough documentation.
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and reliability.

3. Vehicle & Fleet Operations
- Perform daily inspection of all rental vehicles to ensure readiness, including cleanliness, fuel level, tire pressure, and general condition.
- Manage vehicle check-in and check-out processes, including recording mileage, fuel usage, and damages.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and road tax/insurance renewals.
- Monitor fleet utilization and rotation to minimize idle time and maximize profitability.
- Coordinate roadside assistance in the event of breakdowns.

4. Administrative & Documentation
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records of rental agreements, customer data, service logs, and expenses.
- Assist in preparing reports related to rental performance, fleet usage, revenue, and operational issues.
- Track insurance and road tax expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Monitor and manage office and fleet inventory, including car keys, documents, accessories, and signage.

5. Operational Monitoring & Process Improvement
- Monitor daily operations to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks and propose practical process improvements.
- Develop and refine checklists, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and customer journey documentation.
- Support digital transformation initiatives such as adopting rental management software and automation tools.

5. Team & External Partner Support
- Liaise with external vendors (mechanics, car wash services, insurance agents) to ensure prompt and quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with freelance drivers or part-time staff for vehicle deliveries, pickups, or transfers.
- Provide operational support to other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance as needed.

6. Operational Monitoring & Process Improvement
- Monitor daily operations to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks and propose practical process improvements.
- Develop and refine checklists, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and customer journey documentation.
- Support digital transformation initiatives such as adopting rental management software and automation tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
