As a General Operations Coordinator, you will be involved in the day to day operations of the Receiving, Logistics, and Fulfilment teams. We're looking for meticulous, detail-oriented and fast individuals that are happy rolling up their sleeves to get work done, while also being comfortable behind the computer, working your way through excel sheets to speed up processes and the updating of systems.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Being involved in operations—picking and packing of daily orders
- Perform duty of receiving, checking, labelling and repacking of products
- Updating the Shopify backend and Inventory management systems with inbound purchase orders
- Assist in stocktake when required
- Working with 3PLs in the US and EU to ensure smooth delivery of orders
- Quality control of inbound inventory and distribution to remote warehouses
- Perform other duties as required

**Job Requirements**
- Polytechnic Diploma and above
- 1-3 years of E-commerce operations experience preferred
- Fresh grads are also welcome to apply
- Entrepreneurial spirit to work with a fast-moving, ever-changing business
- Basic to intermediate skills with Excel
- Tech savvy, comfortable with learning new software and online tools
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Able to work and function in a team
