Education and Experience

○ Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and mobile device operating systems.

○ Basic understanding of network systems and protocols.

2. Problem-Solving:
○ Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues.

3. Organizational Skills:
○ Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain detailed records

of IT assets.

4. Communication:
○ Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective user support

and policy documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
