**Customer Service Representative (Clinic)**

**Requirements**:

- Female, aged 30 and below
- Responsible, committed, and a good team player
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and public relations (PR) skills

**Main Responsibilities of a CSR in the Clinic**:

- Greeting and registering patients
- Managing phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment bookings
- Responding to patient inquiries politely and professionally
- Handling payments and patient records
- Providing accurate information about services
- Assisting in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations with the team

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication skills
- Patient, courteous, and friendly personality
- Able to handle different patient situations (including emotional or demanding patients)
- Responsive, efficient, and well-organized
