- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company's products - Proficiency in English Communication( Speak, Read, Write
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- No client's Rider/Driver Account
**Training Period**: 1 month
**Basic Salary (RM)**
