Business Development Executive

**Job Overview**:
- Focus on selling a cloud-based customer acquisition SaaS designed to automate business processes and boost sales for less-tech savvy business owners.
- Key product features: WhatsApp Automation, Loyalty Program, Reservation System, and Referral Program.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Demonstrate and present the SaaS product and additional services effectively to prospective clients.
**Market Research and Strategy**:
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
- Tailor sales approaches to target less-tech savvy business owners in various industries.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints to maximize client satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
**Reporting and Analytics**:
- Track sales goals and report results on a regular basis.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
- Analyze data to help improve marketing strategies and enhance product offerings.
**Collaboration and Teamwork**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve aligned goals.
- Collaborate with the product development team to understand and effectively communicate the product's value and features.
- Participate in educational opportunities; maintain professional networks; participate in professional organizations to enhance job knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in SaaS sales or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
