**About the role**

We are seeking an **E-Commerce Shop Admin and Operation Crews** to join our team at **Sunrise Industrial Engineering** in **Johor Bahru, Johor**. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks required to efficiently run our online retail business.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Manage all administrative tasks related to our e-commerce platform, such as order processing, inventory management, and customer service
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist with the preparation and packing of customer orders
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to update product listings and implement promotions
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales, inventory, and other key operational metrics
- Support the overall smooth operation of the e-commerce business

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations or administrative support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and office productivity tools
