Home to some of Kuala Lumpur’s most loved bakeries, restaurants and cafes, Kenny Hills Hospitality Group is all about food that is good for the soul alongside legendary service with 22 physical outlets across 10 brands. The expansion of Packaging department is also actively underway hence, we are currently seeking a Central Bakery Co - Ordinator that is responsible for the overall order fulfilment process, which consists of handling point of order processing, shipment and delivery of orders of KHHG food & beverage & festive hampers to our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming orders, coordinating with various departments to fulfil orders accurately and on time, and resolving any issues that may arise throughout the order fulfilment process. You will also be responsible to prepare, package & co ordinate delivery for our festive hampers

Key Responsibilities:

- Festive Hampers & Festive Specials: Receive, review, process, package & co ordinate delivery for incoming festive hampers orders
- Order Processing: Receive, review, and process incoming orders through various channels such as online platforms, internal departments
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure sufficient stock levels to fulfil customer and departmental orders. Coordinate with the inventory team to replenish stock as needed.
- Order Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and other relevant departments to coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer specifications.
- Customer Communication: Communicate order status, shipping information, and any potential delays to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Address any order-related issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively, working closely with internal teams and external partners as necessary to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of order transactions, inventory levels, and any relevant documentation. Generate reports on order processing metrics as needed.

Who we are looking for:

- Critical thinking & strong problem solving skills in ensuring smooth completion of order process from A to Z.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in Malay & English, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. (Bonus if can speak in Mandarin)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues and finding solutions especially handling with riders.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
