We are seeking a meticulous and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and assist in the smooth operation of our Account & Billing department. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient daily operations and maintaining strong communication with both drivers and customers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Sort Delivery Orders (DO).
- Key in DO details into our system and ensure accurate scanning.
- Generate invoices and dispatch documents to customers.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding delayed DO submissions.
- Liaise with customers to address and resolve any issues that arise when they occur.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in logistics or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Bilingual proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
