Company Background:Women's clothing Store
- Champion and execute integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns including promotions, and joint business plans with trade partners and brand owners.
- Develop long-term vision and strategy and translate them into commercial plans. Own the creation of the execution plan, annual and brand plans.
- Analyze brand Profit and Loss (P&L) and drive the profitability of the brand.
- Leading in managing social media platforms of the Company including layout positioning, content planning and management.
- To handle and manage public relations (PR) media coverage planning and development of key opinion leader (KOL) of the Company including artist seedings programs, implementation and planning of cooperative programs, etc.
- Develop and manage customer relationship management (CRM) and community marketing of the Company including analyzing marketing strategies for members and operations of the community.
- Lead and partner with internal and external functions (Merchandising, Marketing, Retails, etc.) to develop brand direction, impactful product launches, channel / geographic expansion plans, and goto-market strategies.
- Train and manage the marketing team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short and long-term performance goals.
- To perform any work, assignments and/or duties as may be directed by your superior from time to time.
- Participate in Company’s activities and projects.

**Job Requirement**:

- Min 5 years experience in brand marketing roles.
- Possess marketing management and strategic planning experience with ability to develop and rollout end-to-end marketing plans.
- A self-starter who is highly motivated and possesses strong confidence with self-driven spirit to handle and drive marketing and PR related activities and/or events.
- Prior hands-on experience in program and events management, including donation and sponsorship drives, will be highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin or a third language.
