**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are looking for a highly driven Accounts Payable Manager to join our KL team. Reporting to the Finance Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of the company’s accounts payable. This role is the go-to person for the Accounts payable process and will be the key contact between business and finance. Proactive and dynamic management of accounts payable department to achieve key performance measurements in terms of efficiency, productivity, and quality by ensuring all the controls are followed and mentoring the teams through a service excellence provider culture.

Note: This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

**P2P Manager**
- Ensure a high-quality compliance and control environment through effective review, monitoring and control of end-to-end P2P processing activities including invoices, vendor onboarding, payments, reconciliations and reporting accuracy.
- Support the day-to-day accounts payable operations to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage month-end accounts payable and close processes to ensure tasks are completed timely and in accordance with corporate time frames.
- Responsible for preparation of monthly expenses forecast, month-end bank balance for management review and generating ad hoc requests as required.
- Develop, implement and maintain work stream related processes and procedures ensuring internal controls and best practices. Resolve all payments or billing issues with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Maintains the company’s vendor database including set-up, maintenance, periodic reviews and maintenance of terminated accounts.
- Focus on control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Strategizing to find cost-effective deals and ensuring the cost-effective purchase of all goods and services as required by the procurement plan whilst ensuring quality control and compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement automation initiatives in supporting P2P process area that aligns with Global policy.
- Involve in P2P projects on process re-designing and improvements within the global hub of finance services within GBS and cross functionally.
- Maintenance and publication of Key Performance Indicators and ensure service delivery meets expected Key Performance Indicators.
- Responsible for P2P training and developing desk procedures and SOP as necessary.
- Act as a key resource for internal and external audit requirements and requests.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting with a minimum of five years of Accounts Payable experience and at least two years in a managerial capacity.
- Working experience within an SSC/GBS model is preferred.
- Prior experience in an MNC environment and dealing with global companies is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency in full-cycle Accounts Payable operations
- Experience in working with automation within the Accounts Payable area.
- Experience and use of ERP software (NetSuite) and familiarity with Procurement & AP systems and interfaces are preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Have good time management skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytically and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills

**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
