Implement and maintain best accounting practices to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Oversee billing processes and collections to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to improve profitability and efficiency across the organization.
- Manage product costing activities, including analysis of manufacturing costs and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate financing agreements with financial institutions to secure loans with the lowest interest rates and favourable terms.
- Establish and enforce governance practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead the setup and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline financial operations and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and facilitate audits.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting.
- Drive continuous process improvements and efficiency enhancements to optimize financial operations.
- Carry out duties in complying to Company’s Food Safety System, Company’s Environment Guidelines, Company’s Health and Safety Guidelines, Company’s Policy and Procedures, etc. by maintaining, evaluating and continuous improvement.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by senior management.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
