We're looking for a Business Finance Manager (Cost Controller) who's ready to play a key role in managing and improving cost efficiency for our Business Unit. You'll work closely with the Business Unit Manager to monitor costs, analyze profitability, and provide insights that support better business decisions.

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with the Business Unit Manager to monitor and achieve cost efficiency targets.
  • Support and track cost-saving initiatives, ensuring accurate monthly reporting.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly P&L forecasts for the assigned BU.
  • Support ROI calculations for capital expenditures and RFQs, and conduct post-investment reviews.
  • Monitor WIP and FG stock levels to ensure healthy inventory control.
  • Conduct profitability and performance analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Contribute to the Annual Business Plan and Budget preparation.
  • Participate in business simulation and planning sessions to enhance overall financial strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit (semiconductor or manufacturing background preferred).
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
