**Location**: Cyberjaya

**Position Summary**:
You’ll be part of the IT team, which is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions.

**Your Challenges**
- Lead high-impact technical projects, offering your expertise and guidance.
- Work side by side with product owners, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Break down complex technical challenges and communicate them in a clear, approachable way.
- Mentor, support, and guide contributors across multiple teams to grow their skills.
- Tackle technical problems that are wide in scope and complexity, and find innovative solutions.
- Plan and document system designs and technical specifications.
- Lead the team through design, development, coding, testing, and debugging.
- Write scalable, efficient code, and conduct thoughtful code reviews.

**What You'll Need**
- 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience with back-end technologies like Golang and Node.js, with a focus on architecture and design.
- A knack for creating elegant, efficient design solutions.
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Solid knowledge of information security and data protection.
- A well-rounded understanding of product development and project management.

**Nice to Have**
- Deep familiarity with modern development standards and best practices.
- The ability to analyze processes, spot opportunities for improvement, and lead teams to deliver those improvements.
