Account Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software.
Maintain and update accounting records, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
Prepare and process invoices and credit notes.
Assist with the preparation of payroll and expense reports.
Accounts Receivable/Payable:
Process customer invoices and track payments received.
Follow up on overdue payments and resolve customer inquiries.
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and payable.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Prepare reports for management as required.
Administrative Support:
File and maintain accounting documents.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
