We’re looking for a **Retail Operation Executive** who’s ready to manage, optimise, and innovate our retail operations while driving the growth of Aihome’s in-store experiences.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee daily retail operations across assigned outlets to ensure smooth execution and high standards.
- Support store managers and teams in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Implement operational procedures, visual merchandising guidelines, and in-store marketing activities.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
- Build and enhance **brand awareness** through impactful in-store experiences and promotions.
- Analyse sales performance, foot traffic, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and logistics teams to align operations with business goals.
- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with operational and brand standards.

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or related fields.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams effectively.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
