We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern to support our Customer Relations Executive to join our team.
To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive allowance & bright career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Customer Care Team.
**_In this role you will be responsible for:_**
- Conduct Customer Voice Count surveys to existing customers to gain feedback on Rentokil Initial service
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to gain feedback on Rentokil Initial services
- Perform satisfaction follow up call to re-gain customer’s confident
- Support in customer loyalty and staff recognition programme
- Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills when interacting at all level, be it among peers & managers or with customers
- Manage all contact activities includes sales leads/enquiries into contact management system
Duration: Depending on your university's requirement
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course)
- Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis
