**ASSISTANT OUTLET MANAGER - new outlet**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Performing the basic responsibilities of a Service Crew.
- Assigning responsibilities to service crews in accordance to work requirements.
- Maintaining the speed and quality of the production and service areas.
- Controlling outlet inventories through accurate ordering and stock takes.
- Performing personnel actions such as hiring, training, scheduling, etc.
- Supervises and coordinates activities on a per shift basis, including scheduling, training, counselling, and enforcing work procedures and service standards.
- Disseminating, information from briefings / meetings to team members.
- Handling simple customer feedback.
- Maintains food and beverage readiness by notifying employees of service standards.
- Assists in all cash handling functions including POS system, registers, and daily reports.
- Assures outlet areas achieve the highest standards in areas of cleanliness, preparation, and service.
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
- Keeps equipment running by reporting any issues to the operation team at headquarters, and subsequent following up with troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repair etc.
- Observe, evaluates, and documents job performance of service crew.
- Back up for all other outlet’s as and when required by management.

**WORKING HOURS**
- 6 days / per week
- Interchangeable work shifts according to schedule:
Morning shifts : 9am to 9pm
Afternoon shifts : 10am to 10pm

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Dynamic, self-motivated, fast learner, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Must be able to work on interchangeable shifts, public holidays & weekends
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizen a
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate leadership in managing teams and sales/achievement driven.
- Possess own transport, valid driving license and willing to travel
- Training will be provided at our JB outlet - No. 6, Jalan Austin Heights 7/8, Taman Mount Austin, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
