**About Us**

We are looking for a proactive and organized **Admin Assistant** to support our daily operations, logistics coordination, and administrative workflows — including the use of modern AI tools to enhance productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the team in handling **daily administrative and operational tasks**.
- Manage and complete **tasks assigned by superiors** efficiently and on time.
- Coordinate with the **logistics team** on **daily order processing and fulfillment updates**.
- Utilize **AI tools** (such as **SoraAI, HoloAI, TopView AI**, etc.) to improve task efficiency and workflow automation.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.
- Support internal communication and coordination between departments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Diploma or equivalent qualification**.
- **1-2 years of administrative or logistics coordination experience** preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office / Google Workspace**.
- **Familiarity with AI tools** (SoraAI, HoloAI, TopView AI, or similar) is an advantage.
- Good communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
