**About the Role**

As an **Project Manager**at HURUF, you will be the key connector between our clients and internal teams. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, meet client expectations, and maintain high-quality standards. This role requires someone who is organized, firm, and proactive — someone who can coordinate tasks, follow up with team members, and ensure everyone delivers what’s needed.

You will also have the opportunity to attend events, build relationships, and spot potential business opportunities for future collaborations.

**Who We’re Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Diploma/Bachelor’s** in **Business, Marketing, Management, or Communications** is a **plus, not mandatory**:

- Experience in **account management, project coordination, or client servicing** is preferred but not required
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills** in English
- Highly **organized**, **detail-oriented**, and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Confident in **following up with internal teams** and ensuring accountability
- Able to **build relationships** and manage client expectations professionally
- Comfortable **attending client meetings, events, or presentations** when needed
- **Proactive, reliable, and assertive** in maintaining project flow
- Proficient in **Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)** and task management tools

**What You’ll Be Doing | Responsibilities**
- **Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies** to ensure deadlines are met
- **Follow up with team members** to make sure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
- **Address delays or quality issues proactively** and escalate when necessary
- Maintain **clear project documentation and progress reports**:

- **Coordinate with clients** on requirements, timelines, and approvals
- **Identify and approach potential clients** for marketing and event solutions
- Attend **networking events, meetings, and exhibitions** to represent HURUF and build partnerships
- Collaborate with the **creative and marketing teams** to prepare proposals, decks, and presentations
- Support **marketing and campaign initiatives** that help generate new business leads
- Conduct **market research** and report on trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth
