Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, procurement, etc.).
  • Monitor project progress and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare regular project reports and communicate updates to senior management and clients.
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and health & safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience managing projects preferably in [industry construction or manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asana, Primavera, or equivalent).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
