Regional Talent & Culture Lead, Region APAC

**About the Job**

**What you do**
- Drive the Talent & Culture products e2e in the region APAC
- Prioritize T&C topics, co-lead and steer capacity in the functional team across countries
- Work in close alignment and collaboration with relevant Allianz Technology and Allianz Group stakeholders, Local People Functions Heads, Workers Council Head of IT/Branches, Global T&C Leads and support strategy projects and transformation
- Further development of the agilization of our T&C function together with the T&C leadership team
- Foster a community regionally to share best practices and using synergies
- Ensure each country operates compliantly and effectively to external regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Continuously drive improvements and excellence in own processes for best user experience
- Secure working conditions in which employees are enabled to reach their potential, support the development of people in accordance with the Allianz People Attributes, leadership values, global development opportunities and relevant guidelines

**What you bring**
- Excellent people management skills with the experience/ ability to manage virtual teams across different countries and cultures. Strong relationship builder with the ability to successfully work in a matrix and global organization.
- Profound communication skills and the ability to consult and negotiate with a diverse audience (e.g., top management, employees, works council)
- Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude
- Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information striving for continuous improvement
- High team-orientation, very good organizational skills, assertiveness, solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset
- Highly fluent in English in both speaking and writing
