**Job Summary**:
The Ecommerce Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting online sales operations, including managing product listings, coordinating order processing, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role demands excellent organizational skills, familiarity with ecommerce platforms, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a digital sales environment.

**Expected Competency**:

- **Ecommerce Platform Knowledge**: Experience with platforms like Tiktok, Lazada or Shopee.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Ability to handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy in product listings, pricing, and order details.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Competency in using ecommerce tools, analytics, and office software.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quickly address and resolve order, inventory, or customer-related issues.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication for customers and internal teams.

**A. Job Objectives**
- To support the ecommerce sales team in achieving revenue and performance targets.
- To ensure seamless and efficient operations in all aspects of online sales.
- To provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date ecommerce product listings and records.

**B. Key Functions**
- **Product Listings and Updates**:

- Create and maintain accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing on ecommerce platforms.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the inventory team to restock as needed.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process and confirm online orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams for order fulfillment and delivery tracking.
- **Customer Service**:

- Resolve order-related issues such as returns, refunds, or complaints.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends or improvement areas.
- Provide regular updates to the ecommerce sales manager on performance metrics.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing online sales promotions and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with promotional materials and strategies.
- **Technical and Platform Support**:

- Report and follow up on technical issues related to the ecommerce platforms.
- Suggest improvements for better user experience and sales optimization.
- **Market Research**:

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Recommend new products or strategies based on research findings.
