Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Assist in managing company-wide culture interventions (CDlympics, Teambuilding, Leadership
engagements)
Assist in managing targeted culture interventions (Division/Department/Section) specific activities.
Assist in managing culture leadership forums
Develop, assist and implement Employee Engagement activities company-wide
Assist in managing interventions to improve employee engagement based on the results of
surveys/pulses
Assist in managing festive season and other specific celebrations company wide
Assist in managing formal and informal employee groups

**Requirements**:

Experience
1 year experience in employee engagement.
Proven track record of successfully managing employee engagement initiatives, activities and
interventions.
**Skills**:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Analytica and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Have some knowledge of employee engagement best practices and trends.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or any other
related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
