**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of hardware products, tools, fittings, and supplies
- Process purchase orders, goods receipts, dispatch notes, and invoices in the warehouse management system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
- Coordinate deliveries and collections with transport providers and customers
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and retrieval of items in compliance with safety and organizational standards
- Liaise with the procurement and sales teams to confirm product availability and order status
- Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and generate stock reports
- Assist warehouse supervisors in monitoring inbound and outbound shipments
- Handle customer or internal queries related to stock availability, returns, or order tracking
- Maintain organized and accessible records of all warehouse transactions
- Support Health & Safety and quality control compliance within the warehouse environment

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a warehouse admin or logistics role, ideally within the hardware or construction supply sector
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic logistics documentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse software
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business administration are a plus

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
