**Project Executive**
Location: Malaysia/home based
We are looking for a Project Executive to join our award-winning fieldwork services team; could this be the role for you?
**The role**
You will work in the APAC team to deliver high-quality work to our healthcare and pharma clients. Your duties will include providing administrative support to the regional team, participating in project kick-off meetings, running projects and coordinating third-party suppliers and contractors.
Other duties will include:
- Setting up, maintaining and closing out project files and associated paperwork.
- Ensuring compliance documents are complete.
- Providing project support to Field Managers and Project Managers.
- Providing regular project updates to clients and maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitoring project budgets.
- Commissioning freelance, third parties or contractors as required.
Your qualifications and experience will include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working in a fieldwork services provider.
- Experience as a moderator.
- Communication skills; verbal and written.
- Fluent in English. An additional language would be preferred.
