As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Executive.
As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects related to the sale and implementation of medical equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, from planning to completion, while maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams.
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets for the implementation of medical equipment.
- Oversee all project phases, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales team, business development team to identify and pursue opportunities for medical equipment sales.
- Preparation of proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and medical professionals.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics.
- Regularly engage with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in sales meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Analyse project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving project and sales target; and experience in Project Management or sales within the medical equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, surgical procedures, and medical products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and secure deals
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing project challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, target driven and result oriented
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency in Excel and expertise in crafting compelling presentation slides.
- Posses personal transportation along with a valid driving license
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,967.00 - RM4,519.00 per month
