We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Purchaser** to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth procurement and management of materials for our ongoing construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Sourcing**: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet the company’s needs.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- **Order Management**: Place orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- **Budget Control**: Monitor spending to ensure purchases are within budget.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure purchased products meet required quality standards.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain good relationships with suppliers for ongoing support and service.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Work with inventory teams to manage stock levels and prevent shortages or excess.
- **Record Keeping**: Keep detailed records of orders, contracts, and supplier communications.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay informed about market trends and pricing to make smart purchasing decisions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in a construction company.
- Knowledge of construction materials and supply chain processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- **Preferably someone who can start immediately**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
