Key Account Manager

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for sales volume & turnover in collaboration with National & Oversea Distributor and co-manage Sub Distributors on daily sales basis.
- Establish and formulate Trade Marketing Plan, track and monitor the program implementation and its effectiveness.
- Development of a trade promotional plan by channels such as General Trade (GT), Modern
- Trade (MT) such as Super/Hyper & Petrol Mart.
- Participate in the design of the promotional materials with Marketing team.
- Work closely with distributor Trade Marketing team for POSM quantity and liaise with suppliers for the quantity required and ensure the delivery is on time.
- Ensuring alignment across the Sales & Marketing on field sales needs and marketing initiatives at the same time work within the approved budget.
- Manage Advertising & Promotion fund.
- Implement global and regional account acquisition / development approaches and
- platforms.
- Display strong skills in global customer analysis to ensure that all customer requirements
- are being fulfilled.
- Establish and implement a pricing review timetable that ensures improving margins from
- designated accounts.
- Adhere to regional standards on profit margins and discount guidelines.
- Ensure all logistics execution activities are complying to Service Level Agreement to support the expected substantial profitable growth of the business.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
- Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in oversea FMCG environment.
- Computer literate.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Self-motivated, independent and with loads of enthusiasm, able to manage time and work pressures.
- Those without academic qualification but have worked thru' the ranks to the position of Sales
- Manager (with proven track record) is encouraged to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
