**工作要求：**至少 1-3年西厨烹饪相关经验; 会煮，懂食材和配料；有食物安全卫生意识。

**Sous Chef/Commis Cook** (Non-Halal Western Cuisine)
- **Food Preparation**: Cook to order. And prepare food supply/ ingredients accordingly.
- **Kitchen Maintenance**:Ensure kitchen workspace area is clean, tidy & organized. Report any kitchen equipment maintenance or repair needs.
- **Team work**: Build rapport with other workmates and work as a team.

**Qualifications**:

- At lease 1 - 3 years of western cooking or relevant working experience.
- Fair knowledge in food ingredients and kitchen equipment with good sense in food safety & hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
