Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle accounting for transactions for client companies:
Preparation of full sets of accounts (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly) and management accounts (including balance sheet, profit and loss, account receivables & payables, maintaining fixed assets register, bank reconciliation & etc).
- Handle administrative works for client companies (including prepare quotations, raise purchase order, issue invoices, statement of accounts, survey form & etc).
- Handle payroll, CPF submission, IR8A & IR21 for client companies.
- Handle compilation and submission of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Handle compilation of financial statements.
- Handle corporate and personal tax compliance work.
- Handle corporate secretarial works.
- Liaise with auditors and corporate tax agents.
- Other assignments and ad-hoc report.
Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
Proficient in Microsoft office and Quickbooks/ERP
At least 3 years’ experience in related field (preferably in accounting/audit firms)
Oversee/review the work of junior accounting staff
have a problem-solving attitude
Knowing HRDF is a bonus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
