Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
**Sales Strategy Development & Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet company objectives and targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to set sales targets, track performance, and provide coaching and support.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business opportunities.
- Monitor sales pipelines and forecast revenue to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.

**Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management**:

- Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted messaging and content that resonates with the target audience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, including ROI analysis, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Manage the company’s branding, public relations, and media relations to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

**Team Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve goals and maintain high performance.
- Coordinate efforts between the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment on campaigns, goals, and client communication.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and the exchange of ideas.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

**Customer Insights & Market Research**:

- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify new opportunities, product improvements, and emerging trends.
- Segment and target key customer demographics for tailored sales and marketing initiatives.
- Leverage customer data to improve the customer experience and identify retention strategies.

**Budgeting & Resource Management**:

- Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and adjust spending as necessary to stay within budgetary constraints while achieving objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks
- Creative, innovative, and always seeking new ways to engage customers and drive business.

Desired Skills:

- Expertise in content marketing, branding, and event management.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, depending on the company focus.
- Knowledge of product marketing,digital marketing,content creating and positioning strategies
