Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Packaging and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate packaging of our products, maintaining quality control standards, overseeing inventory management, and assisting in the processing of bulk orders, including corporate orders.

**Responsibilities**:
Packaging and Quality Control:

- Coordinate the packaging process to ensure consistency and accuracy in product presentation.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet our high packaging standards.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure products are packaged correctly, with attention to detail and aesthetics.

Inventory Management:

- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for order fulfillment and avoiding shortages.
- Collaborate with the production team to manage stock rotation and restocking requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, adjustments, and discrepancies.

Bulk Order Processing:

- Assist in processing bulk orders, including corporate orders, by coordinating with the operations and customer support teams.
- Prepare and package bulk orders according to customer specifications and delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of bulk orders, monitoring each stage of the process.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to enhance packaging efficiency, quality control processes, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and streamline workflows.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the production, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless processes and order fulfillment.
- Contribute insights from the packaging and inventory perspective to enhance overall customer experiences.

Requirement:

- Computer literacy
- Being fit and good physical strength
- Follow instruction according to job given

Qualifications:

- No prior qualifications required.
- Ability to speak Malay and English.
- Prior experience in packaging, inventory management, warehousing, or order processing is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to handle packaging tasks and manage inventory storage.
- Basic Mathematics

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
