**WAREHOUSE LEADER**

To lead and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring the accuracy of inventory, the efficiency of material handling, timely dispatch and receiving activities, and compliance with safety and 5S standards. The Warehouse Leader ensures alignment with production and logistic requirements for smooth operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, lead, and monitor all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and finished goods.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately.
- Review and verify inventory levels; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules and production demands.
- Ensure proper material handling, labeling, and storage to prevent damage or mix-ups.
- Maintain and enforce compliance with 5S, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Monitor forklift operations and ensure safe usage and maintenance.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse activity reports.
- Participate in stock audits, cycle counts, and warehouse improvement activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics/Warehouse Management is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in warehouse or store management.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.

**Attributes, Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge in FIFO, 5S, ISO procedures, and safety compliance.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good general computer operation skills and basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Inventory accuracy and variance control.
- On-time delivery to production line.
- Warehouse 5S audit score.
- Stock discrepancy resolution time.
- Safety incident rate (zero tolerance).
- Team productivity and attendance.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
