**Requirements & Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Laws/Management and or any related field.
- Certified in Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) or equivalent certification is advantageous
- Possess knowledge of risks identification and risks treatment as per outlined in ISO 31000 and ISO/IEC 27005
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in the related industry
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for regular reporting or spontaneous data analysis.
- Basic knowledge in utilizing PowerBI or Tableu or equivalent software for tracking or monitoring and entering daily updates is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge in utilizing basic diagramming (i.e. Flowcharts) to describe and devise high level customised project workflow (If required for any improvement or new project initiation)
- Basic knowledge in change control processes in both traditional and agile development practice
- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to analyse these data, identify trends and develop actionable insights for both financial, data and resources that are monitored
- Intellectually able, with very good reasoning, analytical, strategizing, attention to detail, and problem solving capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet dynamic deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to take initiative in project planning and execution
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

**Responsibilities.**
- Based on specification mentioned regarding project/ task as per task assignment/ contract for service/ employment contract/ service agreement/ secondment agreement.
- As Project Management Executive, execute following task (but not limited to):

- Preparing action plans, analysing risks and opportunities, and gathering necessary resources, provide quality and efficient reporting (on project progress update).
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g., assigned tasks and next steps).
- Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals.
- Create and update workflows.
- Conduct risk analyses.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- To organize meetings / training, liaise and report to the manager and/or superior on the progress of work and report on critical issues.
- Retrieve necessary information (e.g., user/client requirements and relevant case studies).
- Track expenses and predict future costs.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
- Coordinate quality assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet required standards by conducting regular reviews and audits to assess the quality of project outputs
- Measure and report on project performance.
- Act as the point of contact for all project stakeholders and manage stakeholders’ expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Receive and review change request and provide evaluation and impact of proposed changes on project timelines, cost and deliverables
- Prepare detailed change documentation, including impact assessment and recommendations
- Facilitate the approval process for product changes, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained
- Coordinate implementation of approved changes, ensuring they are executed as planned and monitor the progress of change implementation and report on the status and issues
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of changes and documents lesson learned and incorporate into future change management processes
- Ensure all product changes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Participate in internal and external audits related to product changes

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
