_**Key Responsibilities**_
- Responsible for General Administrative Assistant duties such as documentations, data entry & provide administrative support to departments/superior.
- To perform data entry into system for all Incoming & Outgoing DO (Delivery Order)
- To provide account support to Finance in terms of sales invoicing.
- Maintain proper filling of all documents for record keeping purposes.
- Assist in daily running of office/projects.
- Logistic arrangement & communicate with internal and external parties.
- To undertake any other ad hoc administrative task assign by the management from time to time such as arrangement of cleaners, hostels & security guards.
- **Competencies**_**:
- Patience.
- Good in follow-up.
- Ability to complete the daily work task on timely manner.
- **Requirement**_**:
- SPM, Diploma holder, or equivalent.
- Computer savvy.
- Able to converse and writing in both English and BM. Mandarin is added advantage.
- Able to work in Kota Damansara, Selangor
- Student that waiting for results is encouraged to apply.
