**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience, drives brand awareness, and generates leads.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Create and edit engaging content (text, images, video, etc.) for use on social media such as Tiktok, and other digital channels.
- Create content calendar for monthly basis.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and popular sounds to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Work with influencers or partner brands to create sponsored content or collaboration.
- Experiment with different video formats (eg; tutorials, behind-the-scenes, product demonstrations, etc.) to keep the content exciting and varied.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for content ideas and creative direction.
- Monitor performance of Tiktok videos using analytics tools, and optimize content strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan and execute content strategies.
- Maintain consistency in voice, style, and brand messaging across all platforms.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure content is relevant and engaging.
- Posting video on social media after get approval from brand.

Produce, shoot and edit video content (if applicable) for social media
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Work with other departments (Design, Marketing and Livestream) to align content with company goals.
- Respond to community feedback and engage with followers on social media platforms.

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience creating content for Tiktok or other social media platforms, with a strong portfolio of video content.
- Deep knowledge of Tiktok features, trend and viral challenges
- Strong video editing skills (familiarity with Tiktok’s in-app tools or third-party editing software like Capcut, Final Cut, etc).
- Ability to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with Gen Z and Millennial audience.
- Creative, innovative, and proactive in creating content that stands out on the platform.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage content calendars.
- A genuine passion for TikTok and social media trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
