On behalf of our client, Supermin Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Human Resource Administrator.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and system access.
- Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, final paychecks, and return of company property.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment contracts.
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Provide support to the payroll department, including data entry, verification, and resolving payroll inquiries.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data as needed.
- Assist with various HR tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing HR events.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
