**Position: HR cum Admin Assistant**

**Location**: An-Nur Healthcare Sdn Bhd
**Reports To**: HR Executive / Admin Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resource Support**:

- Assist in recruitment activities: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, leave tracking, and attendance systems.
- Prepare HR documents (offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, etc.).
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support statutory contributions and claims: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, insurance.
- Track staff training and development documentation.

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage general office administration, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and documentation for management.
- Support other departments when needed on clerical or coordination tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Admin, or equivalent.
- Minimium 2 years experience preferred.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can start immediately.

- Proactive and organized.
- Able to work independently and in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
