Documentation Officer

1. Bill of Lading Preparation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive bills of lading, ensuring that all relevant information is included. This includes details about the cargo, consignor, consignee, vessel information, and other required documentation.
2. Documentation Management: Maintain and organize all relevant shipping and cargo documentation, ensuring proper filing and record-keeping. This includes bills of lading, shipping invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, and any other necessary paperwork.
3. Compliance with ISO Standards: Ensure that all documentation complies with the ISO standards specific to your industry. This may involve following standard operating procedures (SOPs), adhering to ISO guidelines, and implementing quality control measures to maintain accuracy and consistency in documentation.
4. Collaborate with various internal teams, such as operations, logistics, and finance, to gather required information for accurate documentation. Additionally, liaise with external stakeholders,
5. shipping agents, customers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and resolve any documentation-related issues
6. Documentation Tracking and Reporting: Maintain a system to track the status of bills of lading, ensuring timely submission and receipt by relevant parties. Generate reports and provide updates to management or other stakeholders as necessary.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to shipping, cargo handling, and documentation. Ensure that all documentation practices are compliant with applicable regulations and participate in audits, as required.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
