**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee recruitment processes, from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Organize and manage employee training and development programs.
- Assist with performance management and employee evaluations.
- Handle benefits administration and employee queries.
- Provide HR-related support to all departments.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including office supply management, vendor coordination, and supporting day-to-day operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR and administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Experience**:
