Salary Range: RM 15,000 - RM 20,000 (exclude commission)

Working Hours: 8am - 6pm (Mon-Fri)

**Job Scope**:

- Organize production planning, production execution, equipment management system formulation, inspection, supervision, control and implementation.
- Prepare the medium and long term development plan of the company, examine and approve the annual production and sales comprehensive plan, put forward quarterly factory operation targets and major measures.
- Organize the preparation of annual, quarterly, monthly and equipment maintenance plan and organize the implementation, inspection, coordination and assessment.
- Responsible for production safety education, strengthen the control of production safety, implementation, strict implementation of safety laws and regulations, production operation procedures, immediate supervision and inspection, to ensure production safety, to prevent major fire, equipment, personal injury accidents.
- Responsible for the organization of production site management, pay attention to environmental protection work, do a good job of labor protection management and formulate environmental protection measures plan.
- Monitor the daily production activities of all departments in the factory, hold relevant meetings regularly, find problems, analyze the reasons, take effective measures to ensure the normal operation of the production line.
- Provide professional training for team members, and regularly check, assess and evaluate their business level and work ability.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma or above, major in production management, quality management, logistics management, IE engineering, etc
- 8 years or above working experience in workshop management, production planning management or equipment management in manufacturing enterprises of cosmetics or food or Daily chemical product.
- Having production site management knowledge, production planning and material planning knowledge, safety management knowledge, process equipment management knowledge, procurement and supply management knowledge, quality control knowledge.
- Familiar with the operation and process of manufacturing departments, have the knowledge of the quality management system of cosmetics system, and can guide the team to improve the factory operation process; Good at production planning and site management, proficient in all aspects of manufacturing
- Familiar with production cost control, overall operation, familiar with production process and process procedures, familiar with production quality control and management.
- Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, GMPC and other related knowledge.
- Excellent leadership skills, communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, planning and execution skills

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
