**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire facility management operations including building maintenance, utilities, HVAC, electrical systems, and safety compliance.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate renovation or expansion projects to ensure they meet timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth execution of facility projects.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets and procurement of services, equipment, and supplies.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans and ensure timely repair of equipment and infrastructure.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies in accordance with company and government regulations.
- Lead a team of technicians and contractors; provide guidance and performance oversight.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Asia Director.

**Job Requirements (JR)**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of facility management experience, preferably in an EMS or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing renovation and infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and EHS standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with internal stakeholders and contractors.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently under mínimal supervision.

**Reporting To: Asia Director**

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- facility management: 5 years (preferred)
- EMS or semiconductor manufacturing: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
