**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and innovate new recipes and menus for Western and local cuisine.
- Enhance existing dishes to improve taste, presentation, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct food trials, tastings, and ensure consistency in quality and standards.
- Collaborate with the production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure feasibility of recipes.
- Stay updated with food trends, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Document recipes, costing, and preparation methods for future use.
- Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on new menu items.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Western and/or local cuisines.
- Strong knowledge of recipe development, food costing, and kitchen operations.
- Creative, innovative, and passionate about food trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
