Office Administrator Executive Assistant

Supports company operations by maintaining office system.
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
- Manage Director’s schedule, invitations, and arrangements for appointments, meetings, conferences, and social events.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Ensure completion of all administrative tasks and manage deadlines.
- Arrange travel logistics such as hotel bookings and flight arrangements.
- To attend physical/virtual meetings, record, and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Drafting letters, and memorandums, preparing correspondence, and handling corporate matters.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Responsible to prepare Credit Notes and Debit Notes including payment voucher.
- Process monthly bill payment to service providers/suppliers.
- Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed.
- Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Performing related ad-hoc assignment from the management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Administrative: 5 years (preferred)
