Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
- Discovers and explores business opportunities in stretch film market, recycled plastic resin market.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
- Recommends potential investments.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
- Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Enhances organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments when as required by Managing Director
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success at least 3 years in business development, sales and marketing in recycling or environmental sector or different industry.
- Strong knowledge about knowing products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent the company's interests.
- Language required is English and Mandarin
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
