With over a decade of expertise and a presence in Malaysia, Taiwan, the UK, and Australia, we specialize in marketing, business strategy, and technological solutions. Since 2018, our Malaysia branch has grown to include two offices and a team of 80 employees, delivering top-tier outsourcing services to support clients in Hong Kong and across the Asia Pacific region.
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Payroll and Compliance**: Process monthly payroll, statutory payments, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
2. **Staff Welfare and Benefits**: Manage leave entitlement, employee benefits, wellness activities, appraisals, and termination procedures.
3. **Policy Management**: Update and communicate company policies through the employee handbook and ensure employee understanding.
4. **Performance and Records Management**: Conduct performance reviews in collaboration with managers and maintain accurate employee records, including leave tracking.
5. **Employee Relations**: Address employee queries and provide guidance on policies, leaves, and HR-related matters.
6. **Documentation and Administration**: Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters and confirmation letters, coordinating with clients on service agreements, and handle daily administrative tasks.
7. **Onboarding and Offboarding**: Manage onboarding and termination procedures in a friendly and professional manner.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Proficient in reading and typing in Chinese.
- Possession of a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a comparable qualification is required.
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in HR-related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Labor Law, and Performance Management.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
