b)To prepare memorandum, minutes of meeting and correspondence letter.

c)To arrange for FOMEMA check up and permit renewal.

d)To plan and implementing training for workers.

e)Update FSSC HR task.

f) Prepare warning letter

g)Monthly perform inspection at foreign workers hostel/locker

h)Plan for workers internal and external training plan.

Admin Responsibilitiesa)

a)To handling and liase with custom matters.

b)To help in administration duties when required by management.

c)Dispatch work task.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
