**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle the full cycle of monthly payroll processing for foreign workers.
- Collate, verify, and calculate attendance data for payroll entry.
- Prepare billing summaries and send them to clients for confirmation prior to invoice issuance.
- Ensure all invoices are accurately prepared and sent to clients by the 7th of each month.
- Generate monthly payslips for foreign workers and coordinate with the Operations Department for distribution.
- Ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with internal procedures.
- Maintain payroll operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all payroll policies and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to timesheets and payroll records.
- Liaise and collaborate with various internal departments as needed.
- Provide general administrative support and carry out any other tasks as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a **Professional Certificate or Diploma** in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum **2 to 3 years** of relevant working experience in payroll or administrative roles.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
- Able to work independently with strong self-motivation.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willing and able to work at our office in **Subang Jaya**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
